Level Health and the CCGs share an ambitious challenge: to balance the delivery of quality services to patients while operating within the financial constraints of the NHS.

 

We are overcoming this challenge by working in partnership with GPs through our integrated model of care.

 

We have pioneered and piloted projects which facilitate the goal of quality care within the ‘value for money’ model, all while working directly with the GPs to provide innovative Primary Care.

 

Canterbury and Coastal CCG have been one of the early adopters of our in-house’ MSK Triage model, achieving significant cost saving to the NHS.

 

Our model – also based on the use of shared records - is fully integrated with a high-quality Physiotherapy service, all delivered within the localities of GP practices.

care and dedication on the patients.
